this was a really great movie with some really great performances and a new and interesting new take on the story of Frankenstein and his helper Igor. I think the movie begins very strongly with a great first act in a Circus where we meet first meet Igor (who happens to be very intelligent and well read on medicine and anatomy) I particularly really loved this part of the movie the most. I loved the stylized dream like aspect of the circus and the people working in it. I also really loved Daniel Radcliffe's portrayal of the character and how tortured he was in that Circus. I thought the scene with the monkey was excellent and I loved the build up to it. It was very creepy but really interesting to look at.
I loved the relationship between James McAvoy and Daniel Radcliffe and I liked how they played off each other so well. i wish the creature was longer in the movie my only complaint is that they didn't give the creature too much screen time. i wish the creature was created much earlier in the film
