That Vision Thing is about Cordelia having physical repercussions from her visions, orchestrated by Lilah.
Has its moments, but isn't among the better episodes. A very Cordy centric episode, Wesley starts sending Fred to assist Gunn, which isn't wise. Angel shows he's willing to do wrong to help Cordy, because she has become incredibly important to him. Skip makes his first appearance and amusing here, but there's too much Lilah and Gavin in this episode for my liking.
I love the ending scene before Darla, where Angel hurls the object through the car window into the psychic, then moves right up close to Lilah and says "Don't you come at me through Cordelia ever again. You play that card a second time, and I'll kill you."
Angel: It's not about winning, Cordelia. It's about what's at stake. And in this particular scenario you were way more important than winning.
