A woman loses her baby, loses her mind and leaves her husband. She has a slightly irritating whiny voice - the actress is Kaitlyn Black of Hart of Dixie. But it gets less irritating later when she isn't so grief stricken. Later her best friend gets pregnant and she pretends to be pregnant too in order to steal the baby. That part is a bit unbelievable but just let that one slide. She actually pulls it off by faking a car accident for the friend. The father of the baby is grief stricken and played quite well by David Gallagher of 7th Heaven. The detective (Alexandra Paul) investigating sounds rather unhelpful. Many years later after new leads they catch up with the wacko in Hawaii. It's quite watchable is you overlook the absurdities.
