This movie is riveting and the cast is phenomenal. It works from ending to beginning, so don't miss any episodes. The writers and actors manage to show him as a monster, but also at times, human, and deeply affected by the string of lovers that reject him. Much as has been speculated in real life, he is actually quite charismatic and sociable - not the hermits we see in other portrayals of serial killers. But a monster he is, and this movie never lets us forget that (as if we could).
