By Toho standards, this was practically an experimental film. The crime part where a Japanese and Western cop team up to stop a gang of Jewel thieves, is the primary story, with the diamond eating space jellyfish coming in second. They have a very strange weakness which I won't divulge, but the best part of this movie is future bond girl, Akiko Wakabayashi.
