It's not by any means bad, but it is obviously just a reskinned brickleberry: You have the loudmouth obnoxious chief (with Tom Kenny as the voice actor again, with the same Woody Johnson voice) Maloy is replaced with a talking dog (which is unfortunately not Tosh) The fat dumb guy etc.
I feel that this show is Brickleberry without the edge, its certainly not as entertaining, one would be forgiven for thinking that perhaps it is based on some material that didnt quite make the cut for brickleberry, given the dated one off nature of the punchlines ( a 2015-esque Samsung exploding joke for a show airing in 2018 for example).
Don't expect miracles, but don't write it off.
