Excellent series with two main characters, Mahir and Feride , but supported by a stellar group of actors and actresses throughout the
entire series. While it is subtitled, that is never a problem because you become so swept up in the storyline you lose sight of the fact you are reading the words.
As an American, I am hard pressed to think of a series that is this compelling and well done. I'm aging myself but The Thornbirds and North and South come to mind. It is a must see series. You will also begin your obsession with Turkish drama.
