Okay in the title "Lil Nas X Feat. Billy Ray Cyrus: Old Town Road" you can read the names of the two performers as well as the song featured in here that was areally huge hit, so no surprise they further added to the whole thing becaue what we have here is not the music video, but the movie and I rarely read this about songs that they have a movie to them, even if the one we got here is only slightly over 5 minutes long, still more than twice as long as the song and original music video. The director is somebody going with the alias of "Calmatic" oh well I guess it is a bit of a soothing and calming song that you hear in this one in the middle basically. Before that and at the very end there is some acting by the two guys in the title, even if I must say I still care more about the old Nas I guess and Billy Ray's stunning daughter. But at least Lil Nas X here won me over and it is a bit ridiculous this one was taken out of country charts which caused some controversy. Anyway the song is pretty catchy no denying, but it also feels really empty even if it is easy on the ears. The video aspect here did not win me over at all honestly though. From the story perspective it is close to a failure and even if I love Chris Rock, he adds almost nithing either except his name and the fact how young he looks, so I am slightly surprised this also racked up hundreds of millions of views on Youtube in the previous two months. For me, if you have heard of the song before and I am sure you have, then there is really not much of a point watching this one too, only if you care how BRC has changed physically since Hannah Montana perhaps. Go for something else instead.
