Yes this was a major episode and a lot more interesting things it unfolded. Alec is dead😦 and the Swamp Thing is only a Thing with memories and feelings of Alec. This was really a massive turn. The thing that was thought to be Alec from 2nd to 8th episode is not Alec.
And now Devil is also a part of this all.
