I got excited going into the episode because there was a wedding, meaning all the consistent back story people would turn up including my favourite Will LaMontagne. Genuinely not interested in Rossi get married, and sadly the actual case was deeply lacking (previous episode was the first one in a while that had me double checking doors and lights before bed). The whole JJ admitting she loved Reid thing really bothered me. Initially I was like oh yeah ok platonic. Then the awkward looks, ok not platonic; and you're ruining everything!
JJ and Will have been perfect whenever we've seen them since they first met, their long distance relationship, her denial, her pregnancy, their marriage, at the end of a harrowing episode (for her) he's always there and now from literally nowhere she's loves Reid and not like the brother she has always said he is? It makes me not like them and they've been my favourites since day 1. So I repeat, what the hell?
If season 15 heads down the route of destroying 14 seasons of maintaining consistent storylines and developing characters, for a romance between two of the longest characters I for one will just not be watching it.
