I have enjoyed Dick Wolf's Law and Order television series. I really enjoyed criminal intent because it had a different format as well as Vincent D'Onofrio's performance as Bobby. He is in my opinion an excellent actor, and I enjoyed his investigative techniques. He was funny as well as serious. Kathryn Erbe was also very good, the chemistry between them worked well. To round it off, Courtney B Vance was well cast as ADA Carver.
The later seasons with the addition of Chis Noth and Julianne Nicholson, was.a nice change up as well. As with any television series the success of the show depends on the writing, and this show was written well.
Season 8 introduced Jeff Goldblum as detective Zach Nichols. I enjoyed his performance (I know many people disagree).
Overall this was a very good show.
