Any episode with Ellis is great. She is so strong. And this one in particular is very good. The tension between Meredith and her, great acting on both parts.

But I find it strange that Ellis wouldn't know Richard is chief. I think she would have followed his career while she was working, and he has been chief for a while.... She got Alzheimer's five years ago. Ellis Grey would probably know where Richard Webber work and the fact that he is chief. But never mind.

Oh I really love this one!! This is a good episode, one you never get tired of watching. It's still thrilling after seeing it for the 100th time.

We get to have a lot of selfless heroes this episode, and I love heroes.

What I find a bit laughable, is that whenever there is a normal day in the hospital and nothing special happens, the floors are filled with surgeons, both attendings and residents. Just there, in the background, and scheduled for other surgeries on the board. But in a crisis like this one, suddenly Mark is the only healthy attending left after Burke, Addison and Derek got sick from the posion, and only the three interns Meredith, Cristina and Izzie can perform the rest of the surgery. There should be sooo many other residents and attendings there to do the job, it's a big hospital! Come on, guys!

I still love Greys, though
