**Spoiler Alert** I'm a grandmother of a SIDS baby who passed away in her sleep at 4 months old. The way that part of Dominic 's life was revealed to us was so real. Many people offered their "condolences" to my daughter & son -in law with advice "that you're young. You'll have another. " The storyline even got it right including the endless "casserole brigade! " The SIDS support group meetings seemed exactly what we experienced. Were one of the authors a parent of a SIDS baby? How could they know? The scenes were full of pain. The parents grieved the loss in diff ways and eventually parted , just as we saw in this episode.
And Dr.'s Shaffer & Dr. Patel!
So brilliantly acted. I saw Mark Ruffalo interviewed that he's worked on this project for 7 yrs! It's amazing how it was filmed with him playing both parts and no seams of split screens . Quite an editing masterpiece to realize that scenes with Thomas and Dominic together were shot separately but still no "seams."
