My review from MyAnimeList: Dear reader of this review. Do you remember why you are here? I mean, on this page. I know why I am here. I am here to keep up with the anime industry, so I can know what comes out and when. I am also here because I find anime a great way of escaping from reality. I saw a lot of low rating reviews for this anime and having completed watching it. I understand most of the critique. Plot is very dynamic and is very centered on big exploits of main characters, there a lot of nonsensical stuff and overall, everything could be a little bit better and to the average anime veteran, this might seem like mediocre entry in the genre. However, my dear critical friends, you are missing the point. Why is that, you ask? Well, because I for long haven't watched something that made me walk around the house aimlessly when I completed it. I was happy with the ending, it's just that the story of the characters I ended up loving ended. And I wanted more, but I ended up facing the truth. It's over. It's just a memory now. A GOOD memory. This anime, though not perfect, made me feel, laugh and become invested in it's imperfect world, plot, animation and characters and through this imperfectness it, in my eyes, became perfect. Why should you care, if that's only my subjective experience. Well, because everyone has an anime like this. And something that is mediocre to you is maybe somebody's first adventure in anime world. You cannot ruin that with your critique. Just remember why are you here. You are here to escape, to enjoy things that couldn't be said or made in the west. This is our world. Our heaven. If we reduce it to generic rating and ignore the love, effort and creative spirit which went into making this or any, even the worst anime a reality, we miss the point. Keep that in mind next time you rate an anime. You are not rating just somebody's work. You are rating somebody's world, somebody's place to escape. And that's why I give it 10/10. It's technically not perfect. But in what it manages to do with us who watch it. It's a clear 10/10!
