Wounded Love (2016–2018)
9/10
Loved the story... 5 stars to all the actors but the story has a few loopholes
22 July 2020
1. A pregnant woman can not be given a divorce and also cannot remarry until after the delivery. While there was a mention of the waiting period after divorce (which actually is observed for the sole purpose of determining pregnancy in the woman being divorced) before Azize can merry Taufik, nobody raised the point of Jevdet divorcing Azize and her marriage to Taufik being void because she was pregnant. 2. When Taufik divorced Azize, she and Jevdet started living togather without any mention of them getting married again. That wouldnt be possible/ acceptable in those times. 3. Hilal and Yildiz's characters are shown very bold and outspoken, bordering on being disrespectful specially towards their father, for the times they were depicted in. They sounded more like women in the present times rather than early 1900's eastern females. 4. Jevdet is treated very harshly by his family members when he returns from war that the Greeks had won, with Hilal being extremely rude towards him and Hasibe telling him that he is not her son while the same Hilal welcomed Leon home returning from the same war with open arms and no one in the family had any issues with him. 5. The idea of Yildiz and Yakup being divorced but getting back together would also be not acceptable in those times without halala.
