Diana Ross was great in this movie. I loved the real tears. I also found all of her acting believable with the exception on one scene in the dressing room when she is arguing with someone on the phone. She said "OK" at least 20 times.
I thought Brandy was great but one tearful moment looked staged as she ran up the stairs when she was still living with her dad. All the rest of the scenes were awesome. I also loved their music. Brandy's songs were truly popular at the time!
