This show does well with its central premise. Toby has the power of telepathy, and uses it to help the people of Vancouver/Toronto/Edmonton/Ottawa/Montreal.
Michelle and Charlie are very good as foils for Toby. Esmer Ennis is a scream as Toby's best friend, Oz.
