Definitely rooting for the bad guy the whole movie. The mother is unbearable. I suppose she is overprotective for reasons explained in the film, but she is just an unlikeable character. Typical 'Karen' really, over dramatic, entitled actions ruined someone else's entire life. The daughter is a typical idiotic teenager, clearly doesn't care for her own parents much seeing how fast she turned against the mother...either way. The 'victim''s family really doesn't have much redeeming qualities...absolutely wanted the bad guy to win. Too bad.
