I thought the similarities last week might be a fluke when they introduced Timothy Olyphant's character, but this week I'm certain. Deafy was most certainly written with Justified and Olyphant in mind. Dialogue is spot on, and I swear I can hear a Kentucky accent even thought Deafy is supposedly from Salt Lake City.
This is a fantastic nod to one of TV's greatest characters and one of drama's (and comedy's) best writers.
