This movie had potential to be way better. More background into the life of Rebecca would have Made the storyline more interesting in the later stage of the film. I found the new Mrs De Winter quite irritating at first and thought that her transition into her new self at the end could have been further developed. The house keeper was the most interesting character and her sly nature was evident and almost understandable in the end
