Watching this movie from six years ago, I'm struck by how much cheaper and lackluster the new Hallmark movies look compared to this one.
Lacey Chabert is just awesome here. Unlike many of the current female leads, she portrays the gamut of emotions, breaking your heart with her tears, and warming your heart with her smile.
Jane Seymour is magnificent. Her queen goes from beta horrible villain to redemption at the end.
