Executive Producer Kevin Wade should be taken to the wood shed for messing with one of the best series on television. I read his interview in TV Guide and it looks like his agenda was met with a lot of 1 star ratings. Was Wade the reason Whoopi Goldberg, famous for her mean-spirited bullying on "The View," was featured on the season opener? Was he hoping she might "enlighten" the audience? Aside from the producer's intent, I found the script was mediocre and left their usually fine cast with little to do. Even Sunday dinner - my favorite - fell flat.
Not a promising return for the 10th season.
