Lorelai is finally back at Luke's diner but it's awkward and still kind of weird and she doesn't stay long. She ends up needing to find a new car because her Jeep is so old and she had to resort to riding a bike to work. Tell me how that makes sense? The Dragonfly Inn can't be that far away, she walks from there to Luke's all the time. She could've walked instead of riding a bike. Anyways, she asks Luke to help her shop for a car and they argue but Lorelai realizes that it means they are slowly becoming friends again.
Meanwhile, Jackson has to stay at Lorelais while Sookie takes care of their kids who have chicken pox. He accidentally breaks Lorelais dollhouse. His and Sookies storyline seem really realistic to me. Sookie is taking her anger toward her new pregnancy out on Jackson but they end up talking about it and everything works out.
Paris opening her acceptance letters is so awesome. The way she goes from being ecstatic to complete meltdown is fantastic and totally something I would do. She tells Rory she is breaking up with Doyle because she doesn't want their relationship to determine what her future will be. Rory starts to think about her relationship with Logan, hinting a break up soon. Rory finds out she doesn't get the fellowship job she wanted. Boo.
