Only if you are hungry of Hungary
3 April 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Well, that's a classical serial killer scheme but with political and social elements, especially from the Hungarian point of view. The investigator is a lonely female officer, widow and mother of a disturbed teenage girl. Nothing really new, except the dark ending, where nothing is solved. That's unusual, though. I may like serial killers, but when you already know who the killer is and when you watch the police getting closer and closer, as when you see two bright points on a map getting nearer and nearer from each other. That's the true suspense for me, unlike the classic enigma. Many holes in this story, for instance, who the female killer is? The one who tortured the man with a golf club? Not a bad thriller, however.
