There wasn't a single element of this episode that wasn't utterly preposterous. I'm not sure what the writers were taking, but it probably wasn't legal.
I'm not a fan of the CW's Arrowverse shows at the best of times, but this was truly dire even for the CW. At a time when Marvel is producing some truly great TV shows, DC needs to take notice and up its game. A good first step would be to ditch the CW with all its bad writing, ridiculous plots and shockingly poor production values.
