I am primarily going to be comparing this to the visual novel Steins;Gate 0, which I would set as a 10.
The main issues with the anime adaptation of 0 is that it makes pretty large character development sacrifices for the sake of fitting in all of the plot from the visual novel. Just one example is Kagari's development, which is completely removed.
Now I don't really hold this too much against the anime adaptation given the very complex nature of the visual novel's plot structure but I feel they could have made better compensations.
