I don't know if the writers forced this story or what. Earlier seasons, I'd always wanted to see them as romantic partners, despite the team teasing them that JJ is Reid's "Mommy". But they probably only have not more than 5 years age gap (actress AJ Cook is 2 years older than Matthew), they could've worked if Reid wasn't so socially awkward lol. BUT then JJ met Will, they were happy. I was okay with it too. I love that JJ are close with Reid, cares about him, worries about him, but then I started to see that that's big sister love... not romance. Well, I guess it was just shocking for me.
