My girlfriend and I have always been a fan of watching children's TV shows since our teenage years because we loved to view the plots as adults. We enjoy catching the hidden (most times rather blatant) adult content that would be overlooked by adolescents and young kids. We were NOT at all disappointed by this show!

It has an Adventure Time feeling to it - random events with zany animation, ridiculous dialogue, yet a serious undertone that looms in the distance. I also compare a bit of it to Steven Universe in that there are lessons throughout the show that teach on things like compassion, forgiveness, and empathy (mostly sung through song).

THE PLOT: Is about a war horse, who amidst a massive war, was magically transported to another universe where there lives creatures that are half centaur half animal. She stumbles upon a colorful group of centaurs all with different personalities that love to sing, dance, and other whacky things. Once she discovers she can speak her journey to find her way home begins. However, despite how colorful and happy the world seems there are underlying problems that slowly beging to surface.

The two of us went into this show open-minded as we do with everything we watch. I fell in-love with it on the 2nd episode but it took my girlfriend until around the 6th episode when the storyline really began to delve deeper.

My only reason for the 9 stars is that with all shows whose demographic is children there comes a lot of very childish humor.
