It's an introspective look at the 40 year war on drugs and how it disproportionately affects one segment of society. From the beginning of the "war on drugs" to mandatory minimums, this documentary gets statements from judges, police, lawmakers, and regular citizens about how the "war on drugs" has been a colossal failure.
