I vaguely remember this film. However I remember being in karate classes and seeing this film at some point and losing all faith in the hobby. This was super cheap with weak-ass hits and subpar production. All that ever replays in my head about this film is how the littlest of the bunch would say the weakest "hi-yah" after every strike he delivered and how it would ring in my ears and ruin my day. This movie made Karate cringe to me.
