I love the 90s version sailor moon my childhood since I watched Dic dub version I was happy to hear that Sailor Moon reboot. However there are issues with Sailor Moon Crystal I don't like animation for starts its off putting I know this follows the manga more which is great and all.
The storyline I feel its so rushed in comparison to original I can tell they just want to wrap it quickly Usagi this time around is more annoying than in original she too dependent on Mamoru in the original she is cry baby but her character grew later episodes.
The inner senshi like Sailor Mercury, Mars and Jupiter and Venus are weak they get defeated so easily other than the introduction episode they have to rely on Sailor Moon to help them.
Season 1 and season 2 is so disappointing because how rushed story and transformation is underwhelming on top of that I end up skipping it because that what I like is Rei character is alot better than in orginal and have Queen Beryl back story is better told Mamoru is better as well. I'm not fan of fillers it shows how weak inner senshi is in comparison to original.
Season 3 is slightly better because it had outer Senshi but even then doesn't save how underwhelming it is overall I am not looking forward when Stars.
