That's why she attacked the old dude in the beginning.
The movie has graphic nudity and sex between her and an aleatory dirty cop she met by the road.
A totally unnecessary and gross scene is when she pees in the cops face(wth).
The child was never really there with her as the movie tries to make you believe she was.
The man hunting her down is her husband and he is not evil.
The child has been dead this whole time inside her car.
They don't call the cops but keep the kid's dead body in their house instead and that is just bizarre. They have sex while the child's dead body is in the next room.
The kid died drowned on their pool.
