I liked a lot about this series. It showed the coverup of the Soviet system & how denial was common to make things look good. The final episode is very good showing just how bad the incident itself was, and also how far the system went to lie & keep people in the dark, even when it caused exposure for thousands to radiation.
But the British accents & interactions between different characters with British class & cultural interactions was plain weird. Its hard to take a lot of this series seriously, because so often you are thinking Russians & Ukrainians would never have talked to each other like that!
But overall, certainly a good series.
