If you were a beginning surfer there's an excellent film to watch. It shows about at least 1000 rides and a lot of the footage is little kids also adults who are professional it shows are they stand up on the board which is very informative for a beginner. Highly recommend watching this film.

To the ending section of the film Rapa Nui, Chili with the mavericks crew and the tow in crew with Laird , Barney , Dave , condor , and skindog surf while meeting some of the Rapa natives .
Grand Finale segment of Cortez Bank 100 miles off the coast of San Diego . A buried mountain that's tip touches the water . They leave on the Pacific Quest, Dana Point with Skinny , Mel , Brad Gerlach , and big wave extraordinaire Mike Parsons . Semi cheesy music at the end like Jurassic Park lol 😂 but still a great surf film .
