Another adult animated series, Clone High was created by the fantastic trio Bill Lawrence, Phil Lord, and Christopher Miller. These three have worked on the likes of Scrubs, Ted Lasso, and The Lego Movie so of course I wanted to check out this often forgotten comedy from 2002, featuring a high school where the greatest minds in the world have been cloned and are now attending school together. Will Forte stars as a young Abe Lincoln, Nicole Sullivan as love interest Joan of Arc, Christa Millar as the other love interest Cleopatra, and Michael McDonald appears as Gandhi. A bunch of other Scrub's cast comes in for various roles, and Chris Miller himself voices the iconic JFK. Feeling something comedically like an adult Phineas and Ferb, Clone High features a lot of romance / sexuality, but also some random cartoon gore or violence, and of course alcohol and drug use. The series is pretty funny and short if you can find it online, but its recently been picked up as a potential for a new series / reboot on HBO Max next year, so maybe we'll see the original show up for streaming there. Is it good? Yeah. Does it deserve a reboot? Probably not. Will I watch said reboot? Probably.
