Warning: Spoilers
A boring romantic comedy with a few musical numbers is colorful at times but mainly a waste for Ms. Ann-Margret, giving her lots of outrageous '60s fashion but a very colorless character to play. She's a fashion designer in Paris, as prim and proper as they come (much like Natalie Wood in "Sex and the Single Girl"), dating Chad Everett who sees other girls on the side whole she's away. So while she's in Paris, French lothario Louis Jordan comes into her room (expecting to find someone else), and after waking up to his presence suddenly begins to come to life, although her prude side hardly disappears, especially when Everett shows up.

The two leads seem completely mismatched, with Jordan rather annoying at times. Edie Adams is totally wasted as an Auntie Mame like adviser l, but Reta Shaw briefly livens things up. A very messy, senseless story indicates that they really didn't pay much attention to what they have written on page one of the screenplay when they got to page 50. I'm only giving this two stars out of four because of how handsome the production looks, and if it wasn't for that, it would get less than one because it's basically just a very unpleasant film.
