The story goes to a flashback after a brief intro about the protagonist serving in army. Hrithik Roshan as a clueless young man is a treat to watch. And, he has no idea about the decisions he make with a great dance number - 'Main Aisa kyun hoo'.
But, the story takes a usual narrative post that. Our hero joins the army, and is on a mission.. and is supported by soldiers with emotional back stories, so that action sequence is Indianized with emotional deaths and dramatic patriotism.
Shankar esson Loy's song and background score are terrific. The night cinematography works in some places. Good attempt.
