If you are a lover of fantasy, adventure, romance, magic, witches and wizards, creatures of all shapes and sizes, and insane visual fx, you are in for a ride with this one. I really enjoyed the original film from 1988, but this continuation just ups it to another level. I was constantly blown away each episode and it kept me wanting more and more. At the forefront there are three amazing woman leads, two of them playing LGBTQ characters! This cast and crew put together such a wonderful, re-watchable and modern style into a very well written show. Not to mention, it's first season leaves off with a huge cliffhanger, which is annoying, so I'd love it if came back for another season or two. Really truly, if you need some escapism into a new fantasy world, please consider checking this out.
