Strangely enough I use the media of tv to be entertained ! Sadly there are many films out there that have content enough to make you feel suicidal even if you didn't at the start of watching it.
Sam Page makes this watchable - love the rugged look in this hence the 4 stars. But the storyline was cheesy - the usual one parent 2 kid family that are "stuggling" with grief. For me it was a case of "good grief" this is DEPRESSING ! And thankfully fast forwarded many of the 'gazing into the distance' moments.
The endless songs played during the action without dialogue were a bit of a pain, and exactly WHY are not truculent and downright rude teenage daughters never ever disciplined ???? Certainly most (and my) parents would never have tolerated the shouty behaviour that films seem to portray teenagers as being.
