Penn Badgley and his hypnotic voice are back, and he's as great as ever. However, the storyline here introduces a set of upper class British airheads who are so annoying, over the top and unbelievable that I can hardly stand to watch them. Only the character of Kate is a relatable human being.
When the second half of this series is released I guess I'll know if it has been worth the watch, but for now I am finding it very hard going because I cannot stand the new characters.
Oh and in the brief trailer for the final episodes, one major character from Joe's past looks set to appear (though surely only in a dream?).
