Francis slowly becomes The Great Red Dragon when it is full moon. Will his dogs have been poisoned by the Chinese dog food. Francis enters Molly her house. Francis shot the car driver to death. Molly and Walter got away. Molly is in surgery, Francis shot her. Francis is slapping himself in his face. Hannibal helps Jack and Alana to find The Great Red Dragon. Hannibal admits to Will that he sended The Great Red Dragon to his house. Amazing Episode of Hannibal Season 3, this is what i'm talking about. Such good acting in the last scene!
