Wes Ball originally met with 20th Century Fox Studios to shoot a feature length version of his short film 'Ruin' , but then they offered him the chance to direct 'The Maze Runner' and he accepted with a budget 4 million and shot in just 44 days . Wes Ball is a good professional director who has got a big success with this fantastic trilogy . Rating : 6.5/10. Well worth watching.
