The Chelsea Women's Choice Clinic is at the heart of this episode, sadly explosive (in more way than one) and quite a harbinger of what was to come with the Supreme Court and elections.
The ending was somewhat dramatic, with the defendant extolling that she was judged by God in the courtroom, and at that point you can really see the themes very starkly. One interesting line was when the ADA reminded the court of the difference between law and morality. Some people think they are one and the same, but really not always.
I like watching the early episodes of Law and Order, especially the original opening theme which is the true one for sure.
