The whole film is a handful of people in 3 different rooms, all dimly lit to try and add some atmosphere to it, spoiler they fail. A significant portion of the film is them arguing over semantics. One of the people thinks a computer program has feelings because it passes the Turing test, another person thinks it doesn't have feelings, them two arguing takes up so much screen time and its so boring to watch.
This entire film could have been a 30 minute episode of some tv show and it still would have felt kind of long. I have absolutely no idea how its rated so highly.
It's like a bootleg black mirror or something, but they forgot to film any interesting parts, or add any actual story.
