Birnes, based on the investigations regarding the Green River Killings that occurred somewhere in Seattle, with the central theme of Ted Bundy ((Cary Elwes) assisting ex-police officer turn teacher, Dave Reichert (Sam Jaeger) who used to be assigned to the case.. It is also a low budget carbon copy of much bigger budgeted serial killing movies particularly "Silence Of The Lambs", "Solace", "The Cell" and "La Mante" to name a few.
