"Left For Dead" was an underwhelming episode and "Eye Spy" seems to follow in the ways of "Left For Dead". It's not a terrible entry to the series, it is just a very average one.
Let's start with the good aspects.
. The production values of this episode are great as usual. The direction is solid, so is the music and the acting.
. There are humorous moments in the script, which are entertaining and suitably wry.
But...
. The story feels like a very basic NCIS case. What I mean by that, is that the episode is entertaining, but there is nothing particularly exciting about the suspects, the murder itsself or the ending, which I thought was quite cliched.
Overall, an okay episode.
5/10 HK.
