There's no loose plot, all mysteries are solved, the characterization of every character is really good and there were never any contrived coincidences or unbelievable occurrences. Well maybe besides the fact that the main characters swap faces at the beginning of the story.
It was actually shocking and unbelievable that they killed off the (decoy) protagonist in the second episode. The guy is on the cover of the series! But then we realized that it was all planned since their faces are burned off, and hence they can swap positions.
I believe most of the hacking parts are correct. It was probably a bit exaggerated with the keyboard-typing speed, but all the terms and security risks they are talking about are correct. The writer has all facts covered.
I am also glad that it doesn't really spiral into romance of the main lead and the heroine.
