Review of Beef

Beef (2023– )
10/10
Essentially the best Netflix TV show ever
16 October 2023
This is not going to be the typical review, because I'm simply not a professional reviewer, but I can say I'm a connoisseur of very top quality films and TV shows, and this has to be by far the most profound in moving and thought-provoking series I have ever seen, and now in my top 10.

The cast was out of this world. Steven should win some type of award for this. He is primo actor...a REAL actor with real acting talent. And Ali, what? I only know her from stand-up comedy. Great job! The rest of the cast was amazing too, but obviously, the starring characters really made it exceptionally great.

I'm known to give a spoiler alerts, so, without giving any spoiler alerts, I will say that this movie showed two characters, so deeply entrenched in loneliness, and needing a real connection in the world, and when they found with each other, even though I'm a very unusual way. Throughout the series, I was moved the entire time, where I just simply had to binge watch it on a Sunday. It's very rare that some thing like this comes out, most everything that I attempt to watch is very underwhelming. This one left me with my mouth open. I couldn't believe someone wrote something this beautiful, and then found actors to bring it to life. Great job everyone. Please Netflix give us more TV shows like this. This can make anyone feel deep feelings, even within themselves. Oh, and by the way, being a generation X female, the soundtrack was rad. I had to use my Shazam to figure out who is singing so I could add it to my playlist, so thank you for that, music really can make a big difference.
