Characters, writing, dialogue, acting all 0/0.
Hits it out of the park for atmosphere. One song by Shreya Goshal was good, so was the end message.
Horror movies usually aren't coherent when you think back about them, but this movie ties in all the loose ends well. Although the epilogue is a letdown. Main characters are blissfully living their married life, but half a dozen characters have died pointlessly.
I liked the initial psychological devices used to introduce horrror. They didn't want us to believe it was a ghost story from the outset. They probably could have stretched that part more, it was fun.
