Two people seek a stolen painting for 99 percent of the movie. Then out of the blue they each fall into the hands of psychopathic killers. ????????
The acting was good.
The story went down various paths and then dropped them. The guitarist knew one of the thieves but he then he exited the film. The thieves went after a worthless painting in addition to their order but that went nowhere. The dog's death are was big but seemed to have no import. The competitive art dealer seemed important but was dropped.
Were we supposed to recognize the psychopaths? Why would the main characters fall into the hands of killers and right then?
